By using this platform, you agree to all the rules, conditions, and policies listed below. Please read the entire document carefully before using our services.

This document forms a legal agreement between 1xbad and the user of the platform. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you will be considered to have fully agreed to all these terms.

1. General Provisions

1xbad (https://1xbad.lat) is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, and slot gaming services for users in the Bangladesh market. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, features, and activities on the 1xbad platform.

In these Terms, "platform" refers to the 1xbad website, mobile version, and all associated digital services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses services on the platform.

These Terms must be read together with 1xbad's privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and the specific rules associated with each game and service. In case of conflict, these Terms will take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Account Registration

Registering a valid personal account is required to use services on 1xbad. Each person may only open one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any pending balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

At the time of registration, you must provide the following accurate and up-to-date information:

  • Full legal name (as per national identity card)
  • Date of birth (verifiable)
  • Valid email address
  • Mobile number (Bangladeshi)
  • Preferred payment method details

1xbad reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel an account if false or incomplete information is provided. The accuracy of your information may be verified at any time after registration.

2.2 Account Ownership

Each account is for the personal use of the registered individual only. Opening an account in a third party's name, placing bets on behalf of others, or acting as part of a professional betting syndicate is a direct violation of these Terms.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Age Restriction: 1xbad is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 1xbad may request proof of age at any time, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account suspension.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, full identity verification is required before any withdrawal. This process follows globally recognized standards for the prevention of money laundering and fraud.

4. Account Use and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account, whether carried out by you or by someone else without authorization.

4.1 Security Recommendations

  • Use a strong, unique password that is not used anywhere else.
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
  • Log out properly at the end of each session after logging in.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it immediately to [email protected].

1xbad will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent — report it to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 1xbad: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
  • Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are accepted.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
  • After a deposit, funds are generally reflected in the account within a few minutes.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.

  • KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

1xbad reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Under normal circumstances, 1xbad does not charge any platform fee for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

1xbad offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that must be read before acceptance.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the total (deposit + bonus) must be met.

6.2 General Terms for Bonuses

  • Each user may claim each promotion only once.
  • Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash balance until the wagering requirement is met.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit set for each offer (as stated in each offer).
  • Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless specifically permitted.
  • Bonuses will be cancelled if fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are suspected.

1xbad reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any existing promotion at any time. Check the relevant promotion page each time for the current terms of an ongoing offer.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

1xbad offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), tennis, football (FIFA and other leagues), kabaddi, and many more sporting events. The rules for odds and bet types apply separately for each event.

  • Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • In live betting, odds may change rapidly; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, settlement will be made according to 1xbad's established rules.
  • 1xbad reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

The 1xbad casino section offers live casino (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live), slots (PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play), and other games. Each game has its own rules and applicable Return to Player (RTP).

  • Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the game will resume from the last saved position.
  • Any winnings displayed due to a software error or malfunction will be considered void.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbad platform:

  • Registering as a minor or using another person's identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Conducting coordinated betting activities to exploit the bonus system.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to or hack the platform's software.
  • Placing bets through automated bots or scripts.
  • Attempting to influence results through match fixing or any other dishonest means.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users through the platform.
  • Claiming chargebacks or refunds using false information.

The account of anyone participating in prohibited activities will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbad accepts no liability for the following:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with your device.
  • Issues caused by third-party software or game providers.
  • Financial losses from betting or gaming — gaming is a risky activity.
  • Unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government orders, etc.).

1xbad will never accept liability for compensation exceeding the deposited principal in response to claims for direct or indirect losses.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xbad platform — logos, designs, software code, text, graphics, databases — belongs to the intellectual property of 1xbad or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Written permission from 1xbad is required to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes beyond personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use will be considered a violation of intellectual property law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

1xbad is committed to protecting the personal information of its users. Details of how we collect, store, and use information can be found in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmission secure. Payment information is not stored on our servers but is processed directly by the payment gateway.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure by User

You may contact the support team at any time to close your account. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. A request to reopen a closed account may be considered but is not guaranteed.

12.2 Closure by 1xbad

1xbad may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
  • Providing false identity or documents.
  • Misuse of chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • As required by legal obligations or regulatory directives.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned, however it may be held during an ongoing investigation.

13. Dispute Resolution

The following steps are followed in resolving disputes:

In the case of bet settlement disputes, 1xbad's official data sources and records will be considered final.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

1xbad reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email and/or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. It is recommended that you visit this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the terms and conditions is always kept current.

15. Responsible Gaming
